GET TO KNOW OUR FOUNDERS

FOUNDER & CFO
James Thompson
Who are your five dream dinner guests?
Certainly Roman statesman Cicero, and, in a similar theme, Sun Yat-sen. I would also go for writers Hunter S Thompson and Isaac Asimov. I would then have to round the table off with President Lyndon B Johnson.

What is your proudest moment?
My proudest moment would have to be the day I became an International Debating and Public Speaking Champion.

How would your best friends describe you in just three words?
Passionate, Probing and Perspicacious

What does the word 'Success' mean to you?
Being content.

What is one piece of advice that you wish you had been given when you were younger?
I would say that my experiences to this point have shaped the person I am today, so I probably wouldn't wish any further advice on my younger self, although the EuroMillions Lottery numbers might be a start!

How would you like to be remembered?
With a strange tombstone...

FOUNDER & CEO
Louis Preston
Who are your five dream dinner guests?
For his famous conversational skills, I would have to start with Oscar Wilde, whom I would seat between television pioneer Verity Lambert and entertainment icon David Bowie. I would then move onto a personal hero of mine, Peter Capaldi, and, finally, as a public speaker, it would be unforgivable to leave out one of the greatest communicators of all time in Martin Luther King Jr.

What is your proudest moment?
My proudest moment has been presenting an International Public Speaking competition for a prestigious organisation in the heart of London, which played host to incredible speakers from all corners of the globe and an audience of thousands both in the physical crowd and watching along online.

How would your best friends describe you in just three words?
Tedious, Dull and Meddlesome

What does the word 'Success' mean to you?
To me, the words 'Success' and 'Happiness' have always been interchangeable despite their perceived distinct and separate definitions. I believe that to be truly happy is the only success.

What is one piece of advice that you wish you had been given when you were younger?
A straight line may be the shortest distance between two points, but it is by no means the most interesting.

How would you like to be remembered?
Not quite as tedious, dull or meddlesome as his friends would have you believe...
